Can anyone have any idea related to the requirement ?
I want to export the support cases created in that meantime. Also if possible share how to export similarly for last 6 months.
At the moment this is not possible - See this suggestion. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-69417.
The workaround that they have is to export tickets to a csv/excel and query on there. I've looked on the Atlassian Marketplace, but I have not been able to find any plugin that supports this function.
