How to enable the rich editor for the "Description" field ?

How to enable the rich editor for "Description" field like below? Is it a new feature? We use JIRA 6.3.5 and we don't have it yet.

Hi Michal,

It's included in 6.4, but you can include it in versions starting from 6.1 by installing the following marketplace plugin: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.jira.plugins.jira-wiki-editor
