How to display progress in Kanban board in terms of hours completed out the hours required?

I do not want the progress percentage displayed as the percentage of task completed but instead in terms of hours completed.

The Time tracking fields on the issue view directly, Estimated, Remaining, and Logged, should be displayed as a progress bar and the time estimate that sounds like what you are describing, like this:

Are you by chance talking about the Progress bar in the time tracking report as detailed in:

• Generate a report

If this is the case there is not any additional breakdown in the reporting beyond the default progress reporting.  And for additional reporting options and breakdowns on the time intervals you would want to look into expanding the functionality with add-on apps from the marketplace.
