How to display linked issue's comment?

Hey,

I have two linked issue is there a way to share comments between these issues?

For example, I have Service Desk ticket SD-1 and linked dev issue DEV-1. 
Is it possible to view comments from SD-1 on DEV-1? 

Or maybe I can share comment (not via direct link, but with preview)?

No, a comment belongs to a single issue.

You'd need some code to follow a link and pull comments from other issues (and it could be quite horrible to display because issues can have lots of comments, and you'd need to think about how to handle many links)
