How to display dashboard as wallboard - option is missing!

We just had the wallboard pluggin installed and I was looking forward to finaly being able to get our monitor up and running.

The pluggin looks like it has installed in the admin view, wallboard gadgets are also available in the dashboard design. However there is not option to display the dahsboard as a wallboard in the tools - am I missing something? How can I fix this?

Hey there, Robert.

Can you please try to perform the following steps to see if it helps?

  1. Shutdown JIRA instance
  2. Delete the contents of JIRA Home Directory\plugins\.osgi-plugins directory
  3. Delete the contents of JIRA Home Directory\plugins\.bundled-plugins directory
  4. Delete the contents of JIRA Installation Directory\work directory
  5. Restart JIRA instance

If it still fails, may I know what version of JIRA and Wallboard plugin that you have?

thanks Ahmad. The issue has been resolved and it was a communication breakdown between myself and the systems administrator - he had installed the pluggin on a test server and hence why it wasn't displaying on the project server. When I teased this out of him/her it all worked well.
