How to delete items in a project, even with the necessary permissions.

How do I delete items in a project, where the project is new, created after creating the instance and having changed from the premium version to the free version.

Even with all the necessary profiles, the created items do not allow to be deleted.

And it only happens for this project, which when creating and testing this, I changed to the free version afterwards, where it seems that this blocked such deletion action.
