How to customize a card in a Next-Gen Project

I know how to customize an issue's field and how to customize the cards in the old project view. A similar question was already answered here too but still for the old layout.

So what I don't understand now is how I can customize a card in a next-gen project (especially how to add more fields for a card in a board), because I can't find a menu point Board settings anywhere.

Loreen asked in this thread how to customize a card in a next-gen project too and didn't receive an answer.

So how do I add fields to my cards for a board in a next-gen project?

Hi @Paul Ganster  -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

As noted in the other question you linked to, configuring the fields on NextGen board cards is not possible yet.  Here is the suggestion to add that feature, which you may review and vote for:
