How to create issues from JitBit.

I am trying to open JIRA issues from JitBit. I have verified that the username, password, and URL are correct. I am able to log into JIRA with the username and password and the user has permission to create issues in JIRA in our projects.

The error I am seeing is highlighted in the attached image. 

No projects show up in the dropdown. 

I have reviewed a similar ticket but the response there did not help me.

I found another community post with the same message, and the recommendation there was to contact Jitbit support.
