How to create a dashboard that divides the request name/type like on the service portal? I only see the issue type only. Thanks.

i think you are asking to display the issuetype and the request type (aka Customer request type). what gadget are you using that you are trying to do this for?

I've used a pie chart. But it's okay now. I've used the component to every request type to categorized the request and filter it on the pie chart using the components. Thanks.
