How to create a checklist

I followed this Trello help page but I do not see where the Add Checklist button

Hi Joel,

If you go to your board, and click on one of the cards, you should see an option to the right to add a checklist. You don't see that?

hi, how can do that all checks are done otherwise the ticket cannot be closed ?

and second question: how is possible that only ticket opened in a servicedesk category, have this checklist?
