How to configure firewall for communication between JIRA Cloud and EC2 instance AWS

Hi

We have EC2 instance on AWS EC2 and we use Jira Cloud.

We must configure Security group in AWS to permit JIRA Cloud to have access to EC2. 

We tried to give access for this list of CIDR: addresses 

But now it is not working.
