How to change name of Workflow Button that contains extra transitions.

I need to change name of the workflow button which contains other transition buttons if transitions are more.

Please see attached screenshot. I need to change this for a particular project.

That text is embedded n a language pack (a file with lots of mapped words in it). You will need to "translate" it into another word by using a different language pack or hacking the existing one.

It is a standard gobal name, you will not be able to change it on a project by project basis.
