How to change column size in grids? Is there a possibility to add "Created Time" as a column?

Hi folks!

I am relatively new in this platform and I have two question related to the grid view:

1. Is it possible to change the size of the columns manually?

2. We would like to see the "Created Time" for every ticket. At the moment, we have the column "Created" but it just displays the date without time.

The columns dynamically resize so there is no way for you to set the width.  The Created date will only show the date but you can hover over it to see the time.

I was wondering if there is another way of seeing the time, without having to hover over Created column. But you made it clear. Thanks again!
