I'm currently running JSD for customer support, so what I need, is to automatically create JIRA ticket when customer submits support request in JSD. Can someone advice on how to do that or is that even possible?

this is not possible by default but most of, if not all available workflow apps on the Atlassian marketplace offer you the possibility to create issues of all types or link issues during a transition. So have a look at what's available there and choose your product. You will need at least one app to enhance your workflows anyway! :)

As said, first experience I made when starting to administer Jira years ago is: You will need an app. If you want to bring some music/magic into your workflows, there's no other way unfortunately. So have a look at the different products and their approach to achieve things, try them and then start to master them :)
