We use MS Teams for collaboration during incidents.
At the moment, we have an automation that, when an incident is raised in JSM, it automatically creates a chat group dedicated for it. By default, JSM seems to add the entire responder team (service owner of the impacted service) into the chat and we are also able to add incident reporter (our internal users) in the chat group as well.
Is there way such that only the on-call person is automatically added in the chat group (and not the entire team)?
