How to Show "blocked" and "on hold" status in active sprint

Currently, its shows to do, inprogress, ready for acceptance and Done. i would like to show blocked and onhold. i tried in configure board -> Column.

Have you mapped all workflow statuses to a column on the board (in your board settings)?

You can add statuses "blocked" and "on hold" to either an existing "In Progress" column on your board or create a new column (as Board Administrator) like "Pending" and add those statuses to that newly created column.
