How do i get my JIRA free account back after reducing user count back to 10 ?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I am using jira free version...and after added 11th user my plan changed to standard...I have removed the additional user now...still not able to access my account back.

 

Please help.
