I am using the Time in status report and have got all of the columns to show how long the tickets have been in each status. I have added a column that shows a concatenation of time for New and In process status by ticket, but i would also like to see the grand total of this column so i can see total time for all tickets in these status'.
What is the best way to do this?

Hello
As an alternative, if you are looking for another app I can suggest you to try our add-on time-in-status-for-jira-cloud
Here you can see total time easily without any settings. And also you will be able to generates 7 types of reports.
Also, you can export a report as XLSX or CSV files for further analysis.
Hope my answer will be helpful for you
Best regards, Valeriia
Thanks Valeriia, i have tried downloading but im still not getting the grand total and its very manual to total up the hours etc - even if i change the column view to hours its still not the best formatting wise
