How do a create a filter showing all tickets with linked issues?

Hi,

How can I create a filter which shows all the tickets with a linked ticket? I'd like to report on tickets which the development team have spent time on to resolve. This can include tickets with bugs but not sprints.

Issue Hierarchy Reports 

and generate insights such as:

- View the full Jira Issue Type hierarchy of Linked issues,
Portfolio/Advanced Roadmaps, Epics, and Subtasks up to 10 levels.

- % complete based on time spent and story points at each hierarchy level

- Sum up Time Spent, Org Estimate, Time Rmng, custom number
fields
