I'm loving the new Organisation feature for Customers in JIRA Service Desk however I want to show the customers' organisation to agents. Logically, if the customer is part of the organisation, it should be under the "Reporter" in the "People" section, or in the Service Desk Request section.

How can I show the customer's organisation on an issue?

Hi Alex,

Yes, it should be in the People section. If it is not there, take a look at the screen configuration of your Service Desk project:

  • Select your project
  • Go to Project Settings
  • Select Screens
  • Select the screen associated with the view issue operation

If you don't see the Organizations field, add it to the screen.

The field should now appear on the screen for your Agents to see.
