When looking at my queue I see the date that tickets were created and updated. How do I make it show the time that these tickets were created as well?
Hi @Scott Heitman - This is not possible at the moment. However, there are open tickets with Atlassian (both Cloud and Server) to have this implemented -https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-4131, https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4131
If you are interested in a custom solution, I did see this post that brings an accepted workaround.
