How do I remove next-gen project sidebar items?

How do I remove next-gen project sidebar items, such as the ones highlighted in the screenshot below? I only want to disable items on some projects, not all.

Those items are from apps that you have installed, and in most cases apps do not allow you to specify which projects they should be enabled for.
