How do I get the name of the requests to be listed aphabetically

I'm New Here
Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Hi.  The name of each possible request shows up alphabetical on the back end but on the front end user they are not alphabetical.  How can I fix this? I have tried putting numbers in front of them and that did not do anything.

Thanks for your advice.

Welcome to the Atlassian commuity.

Where specifically do you want to see them listed alphabetically? Are you talking about within the Customer Portal?

Can you provide a screen image to illustrate the view where you want this applied?
