How do I export all the detail of custom fields created?

We have JIRASD version8.5.4 and script runner5.7.0.1-p5.
I am a JIRA administrator with limited experience with scripts.
However I saw on a old post that you will be able to export the information about all the custom created fields created in jira as well as the values using script runner.
The script does not work for me that I found on that post.
Is there maybe an updated script I can use?
We have about 725 custom fields.
