How can you see which users have used the JSM license in the past few years?

We need to do an audit of our license usage. I need to see who all used a Jira Service Management license over the past several years. I sent in a support ticket and they said that they can not pull a report like this at this time. The data has to be stored somewhere. I just need help retrieving it.

Hi @Stephanie Moyer and welcome!

You can see it by going into User Management - Product Access and then click on Jira Service Management user count. There you can see last activity date.

And if you subscribe to Atlassian Access you have access to Insights that shows you active users for up to two years. Just go to admin.atlassian.com and Security > Insights.
