How can we retrieve historical data of development panel in Jira cloud post migration

We are going to perform our production migration from Jira DC to Jira cloud but during the UAT migration we noticed that the historical data is not shown in the Development panels such as branches, commits and pull requests in Jira cloud post migration.
How can we get the historical data of Development panels such as branches, commits and pull requests in Jira cloud post migration?
Any Resync option is available for Gitlab for Jira cloud to retain the historical data of development panel?
Or any API which can help to get all the data mapped in Jira cloud?
