How can we display TEXT only dropdown values, if sourced from Microsoft Dynamics?

Our Jira form has dropdown fields that source the values from tables in Microsoft Dynamics. The forms are filled out, and sent back to Dynamics. In the dropdowns, how can we remove the codes that come right after the text, but not have issues in sending the data to Dynamics?

If Dynamics requires those _#_# codes from Jira in order to work, then there is nothing you can do - removing them is going to break your integration.

If it does not need them, then go to Admin -> Issues > Custom fields, find Product Group L1, configure it, and edit all the option names down to what you want.

Thank you, Nic! We opted for changing the text and code separators instead, because apparently the code **needs** to be there for the receiving system to read.
