I need a report with assignee name, time spent in hours and their subtask and Story(Both taggled as parent and child). Please help me if you find such report

Welcome. The sprint reports are built in, so there's not a whole lot to customize.
You might want to look into dashboards and check the available gadgets. Start off with something like the two dimensions or workload gadgets. Please keep in mind the data is only good as long as the time is logged on time and accurately.
Likely, you'll might need to look at marketplace app to get it tuned to your needs. Here's an article.
