How can we change the workflow status from English to Spanish

When we created the project, the default language was English.

We've changed everything to Spanish and the new projects we create are fine. The old ones have a problem, the workflow status are a mix of Spanish and English descriptions.

What do we should change to see all the status in Spanish?

I do not know details of your configuration but I think for example for next-gen projects, statuses are created locally (only for project scope), so you have to update them in these projects and it is not enough to update them globally.
