i will like to group my manually triggered automation in such a way that each individual/group can only see their own  automation actions and not for others

Manually triggered automation rules can be set up to be accessible to specified user groups as described here:

https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-automation-triggers/#Manual

Users selecting a manually triggered rule for an issue will see only the rules accessible to the groups to which they belong.
