How can i edit field configurations?

When I am trying to edit the field configuration of the description for one of my projects it redirects me to a page that fails to load over and over and then prompts me to contact support. Has anyone seen this issue before?

You are using a Company-managed Project. Kindly contact JIRA admin to make changes in Field Configuration or add field description from Field Configuration.
