How can i configure the format of the created date and updated date in the issue XML export ?

I have tryed almost everything i could found about that topic.

What i need to do:   

Control the format of the created and updated date in the XML export of one or more issue(s)

What i have already tried:

Changing the time format(s) in the look and feel section.

(still nothing, see screenshot)

Hi Philippe.

Unfortunately, as far I know, is not possible to change the data format JIRA uses when exporting the XML file.  We also have a Suggestion regarding this in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-31764
