Hi,
Our HR department want people to receive a mail who is the assignee when the ticket is created and assigned. But i cannot find such a variable "assignee" on reporter etc.
Anyone knows if this possible?

Are you saying your HR team want to receive an email when a ticket is assigned to them, or your HR team want customers to receive an email when a ticket is assigned?

Thanks for your quick answer.
No i mean HR has their own Board within JIRA. Want they want is when people create a ticket in the HR board they receive an e-mail to which HR member the ticket is assigned.
But this option i cannot find anywhere. I can find the mail settings to customers etc but no the variable "assignee"

You'd be able to do this using a custom notification in Automation for Jira.
