How can I retrieve attached emails again from a jira ticket?

Hi, does anybody know how I can retrieve attached emails, which came in to the ticket via Jira Cloud for outlook, back into outlook? the emails are not available anymore in outlook, but I can only open or delete them in the jira ticket, not download them as a message again.

I also wonder about this and need this feature.

In the same way it's possible to download an attachment in a Jira ticket, it should be possible to download an attached email in the Attached Emails section, which is also basically an attachment. It looks like Jira is not having this functionality at the moment.

If you are using POP3 mail server the message is deleted once processed by JIRA.

Is the email attached and you cannot open it or is it not attached to the created ticket at all ?
