How to download email attachments

Hi All,

Is there a way to download attached emails to an issue ?

are you wanting to download an attachment on an issue that happens to be an email, e.g. a .msg file? you can certainly download the file. then you would need to use the proper mail application to open the file.

yes its a .msg file. but its not showing an option to download.

Here is what I see. Clicking on the cloud icon downloads the dot EML file.

Thanks Jack. the emails were originally attached/sent to the issue using Outlook Plugin. So its not showing an option for me to download.
