Is there a way to populate the description field, with 2 or more separate entry fields?
Right now:
Description: "xyz"
Ideally:
Description:
Customer: abc
Link: www.xyz.com
ID: 123
Where customer, link, and ID would be separate input fields, but when submited would populate the description?
