How can I get a hidden field to land in a certain spot in the Details section once its filled in?

I have a field called IT Applications that's hidden while empty. Once its filled in, it moves up to the Details section. In the Details section it currently moves it up in this order:

IT Category

Due Date

IT Applications

Is there a way to have it automatically move under IT Category once the field is populated so then the order will be:

IT Category

IT Applications

Due Date

No, not that I am aware of. If it is in the hide while empty section and then it gets data, it will probably just appear at the very bottom of the Context fields. Which is probably what you are seeing now. You might try to move the field up on the screen itself to a higher position, but I think the work item layout screen will override that.
