How can I export to excel the information from JIRA?

I have been looking a tool that help me to manage my projects, this is the reason about I have been testing the free version (30 days) for JIRA but I don't know how can i export the story from an activity (includes the time for each step). 

What can I do?

Where can I consult a specif explanation of the tool?

It is a bit unclear what information the export should include, but Better Excel Exporter allows freely customizing the export (using templates).

hi Claudia i'm not sure what exactly your question is here. Are you wanting to export data into say a CSV file for some purpose and include the logged time or something else?
