How can I delete tasks or history in my project? I am the administrator and dont have this permissio

In my project in Jira Software i cant delete any history or task. I am the aministrator but I dont have this permission. In other side, we have other project on going and i can do it normally.

I already look for all tools to turn on this permission, but I couldnt find it.

The new project (which i cant delete any task) is for company management, the other one is for team... i dont know what this difference change in that.

Welcome to the community.

As I understood, you can't delete issues in company-managed project.

There are differences btw company and team managed projects. Please check this article.

In order to delete issue in your new project, you need to have "Delete Issue" permission. It can be granted from Project Settings -> Permissions page by Jira administrator.
