Hello,
I'm working on a Cloud version and I have 2 system users I'd like to delete but it seems to be impossible.
The 2 users are "ScrumP" and "Planning Poker" and seems to be added when we install the "Scrum Poker Confluence Jira Integration" and the "Planning Poker" add-ons.
These 2 add-ons have been uninstalled but the users are still present.
If someone have any idea of how to delete these 2 users or if it is impossible, it would be nice to share with me.
Thanks a lot :)
@Hervé GEVAUDANif user's have comments on any issue(s) then please see this Delete users
Other wise i recommend that you deactivate these user's instead of deleting them, for the same reason mention in the above link.
Best!
@Moses ThomasHi and thanks for your answer.
I can't see any comments from this system user.
Moreover, I have no rights on these users even if I am site admin.
And if I only try to revoke this user from Jira Software, I get this message: "System users product access cannot be removed"
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
@Hervé GEVAUDANI am certain that you don't have the system administrator permission( in cloud), you will need this to remove these user's , take a look at similar situation here Delete system administrators created by addons
Best!
