How can I change priority icons for Cloud?

Hi all,

Hoping you can point me in the right direction for my questions.

1.  I'd like to use numbers so issues can be prioritized sequentially.  How can I add number icons to the Priority list for Cloud? 

2.  I understand Jira requires a URL to link to the icon; what specific steps have others taken to find, save and allow access to number icon URL's?  I tried using IMGUR but it didn't work (or I didn't do something correctly).

3.  Is there any enhancement being looked at by Atlassian to make this process easier?  Adding the number icons for 0-9 would be an extremely easy enhancement to make I'd think and it would be delightful to not have to find a clunky work around.

Hi Jennifer,

To add values to priority and order them. Please follow the below steps and let me know the results.

Jira settings--> Issues --> Priority

Here you can also change the color and icon of the priority. I quickly tested with the Public URL of an icon from imgur. ( URL ending with .png, .jpg) and it worked well. 

Not sure if I have answered all your queries. Do let me know if you have further queries.

@Shwetha Suvarna  The full URL including the .png, etc is what I was missing with the link so your explanation helped and I was able to successfully change the icon.  Thank you!

I receive 500 error everytime I try to save the priority with new icon.

Do you know if it's possible to change the color of these? 

Green for highest priority and red for lowest.. for my brain red means no and green means go.
