How I edit SLA Conditons

Peter
August 18, 2020

Hİ,

I have a process like below;

Resolve SLA start, When I create a issue

Resolve SLA stop, When I change assignee.

Everything is OK until here.

Then I clone the issue, and assignee didn't change.
In this scenario, Resolve SLA never stopped.

How I write a condition for this problem? How I solve this;  when I clone issue, ı want to not stard resolve SLA if assignee is not empty.

Hi @Peter

Try to set Start event as a first status issue gets once it created. (e.g To Do). Then, cloned issue will be moved to this status, the timer will start.  Or, try to edit your configurations for cloned issues.

Are you using JSD?

If you will need SLA timer for issues from Jira Software (as you mentioned in tags) you can try app like SLA Time and Report

Hope it helps

Regards
