How Can I Add New Language Support in Jira Service Management?

I would like to inquire about how to add another language (i.e., Indonesian) other than to the language support in my portal, as it is currently not provided as an option in the language support in the portal settings.

Unfortunately this functionality is not available in Jira .But there is a ticket which you can vote for and add yourself as a watcher.

Thank you for letting me know. That's very unfortunate. Do you have any suggestions for another solution? I have noticed that other users are using 'Refined' add-ons to create a new portal subdomain and add their custom language.
