We currently use a text custom field of "Customers" to track which customers submitted a bug. This field is formatted: Customer Name (Customer Company). I want to create a Custom Field that would be "Number of Customers" and would count the number of occurrences of the character ")" to automatically track how many customers are on each ticket. I'm aware that a Custom Field can be created with JS in the description, but need some help formatting the JS properly with the custom fields and occurrences count. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
