I am not sure what your actual question is, but it sounds like you have been placed in the standard plan but you want to be on the Free plan. You can get moved to the Standard plan automatically if you go over 10 people at any time, even if you remove some of them later, it will stay in the standard plan. 

This will tell you how you can downgrade from the Standard plan to the Free plan.
