Having trouble logging time against roles and estimates

I am not getting the option to log time against the roles I have set up on the JIRA issue.

We have the current version of JIRA Ultimate Role Tracking & Estimation add-on installed.

Although I can set the estimate against the different roles, When you go to the Log Work (by roles) only 2 of the roles are visible to log time against.

I have create an example in our test system to demonstrate below.

The roles provided to you in the Log Work drop down are dependent on the logged in users available roles within the Project.  In the example above that user probably only has been added to the Developers and Testers Roles within the Project Administration > Roles section.

Can you check that & if that is not the case we can look further into the issue
