We are evaluating the product. To setup, demo and get approval internally; it will take 2 to 3 months before purchase. Before i want to start my customization for POC, can you please let me know if i can get 90 day evaluation for this instance?

No, not for hosted accounts (on demand), only for locally installed. See official answer.
