Hi everyone,

After a recent Jira upgrade on prem, we noticed that many of the previously available gadgets are no longer showing up when customizing dashboards. Even when I click on “Load all gadgets”, nothing new appears, the list remains limited to only a few standard gadgets.

Any help or hints would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Now it's working again. The solution was to enable the insight app that was disabled with all of its modules insight our Jira

please could you specify what is your new JIRA version? Moreover, could you open DevTools in your broser and provide us some info about the error that happens?

the new version is 10.4.1 and the Error says: 

[WRM] [handler] Downloading resources --> download/contextbatch/js/themeSwitcher,-_super/batch.js?locale=en-US&plugins.jquery.migrate.load.disabled=false"

Hey @MidnightExe , it seems a warning and not the error associated to Load Gadgets button. Please could you check again and, if possible, check atlassian-jira.log file in the jira home folder on your current node?

Thats what I found in the logs, maybe its associated with my error

Health check 'Gadget feed URL' failed with severity 'warning':
'Jira is not able to access itself through the Gadget feed URL.
This is necessary so that dashboard gadgets can be generated successfully.
Please verify the current Base URL and if necessary, review your network configurations to resolve the problem.'
