Will we be able to have a fully custom URL with our own domain name?

e.g. support.ourcompany.com/servicedesk/customer...

instead of ourcompany.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer...

No, Cloud does not (yet) let you define a custom domain.

You can always create a URL redirect like http://support.OurCompany.com redirects to https://support.ourcompany.com/servicedesk/customer.  Some domain registrars, like GoDaddy, allow domain masking as well.
