i am Administering the Servicedesk in our company and im tasked with implementing the following:
Ticket close --> dependency: ticket service category = billable -->
At the next step is where im having difficulties. I cannot find a Page in the Configuration, which lets me add another Follow up Function. I wish to send an E-Mail to a specific adress.
